This exhibition is entitled "Antique fair 2000 years from now" and attempts to collaborate with the works of SHIBAKAWA Toshiyuki and modern "antique". The neighborhood of Oimatsu-dori Street where the YOD Gallery is located has developed as one of the prominent art and antique districts in Kansai, and for SHIBAKAWA who has been mainly exhibiting historical remains and unearthed articles until now, the collaboration with "antique" which will be added as a new element will be different from his conventional style. The gradual flow of time that changes the shape and meaning from the "antique" that has passed through the present to the 2000 years later that SHIBAKAWA expresses in his work, together with the identity of the land of Oimatsu-dori Street, is wanted to be experienced. ◎内容：本展では「2000年後の骨董市」と題し、柴川の作品群と現代の「骨董品」たちとのコラボレーションを試みる。YOD Galleryが位置する老松通り界隈は関西有数の美術・骨董街として発展した街であり、これまで主に歴史的遺構や出土物との展示を中心に行ってきた柴川にとって、今回新たな要素として加わる「骨董品」とのコラボレーションは、従来の彼のスタイルとは一線を画するものとなる。現在を通過した「骨董品」から柴川が作品で表現する2000年後へと、かたちと意味を変化させていく段階的な時間の流れを、老松通りという土地のアイデンティティと共に体感していただきたい。（プレスリリースより抜粋）
